We are collecting recipes during the school year by the ladies of the Multi Cultural cooking club. We share and demonstrate these recipes in our homes. They include both American Favorites and dishes from cultures throughout the World.

We came together to share our recipes and friendship. It wasn't just learning about each other but different cultures. We still continue our wonderful cooking club activities. We like to share our comments and enjoyments on this blog.

Cooking Club has been a lot of fun and I have learned many new tricks, and new favorite family recipies. A friend told me last night that the Baklava that Ayse showed us, is now her family's favorite Christmas desert. Thanks Erica Kelley
